We believe success is achieved when everyone rows in the same direction; therefore, we foster an environment of collaboration, camaraderie, and closeness. **What do we offer?** * Teamwork and collaboration: We believe that together we can achieve great things, which is why we promote collaboration and camaraderie at all levels of the company. * Horizontal leadership style: We provide autonomy to work effectively with broad instructions and in a low-control environment. * Innovation and creativity: We are passionate about what we do and continuously seek new ways to improve and do things differently. * Stability and security: We offer stable and secure jobs where you can develop your professional career long-term. * Growth opportunities: We offer continuous training, development plans, and access to personalized coaching sessions so you can reach your full potential. **Your responsibilities?** * Perform assigned corrective maintenance tasks (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and others). * Carry out the preventive maintenance plan. * Liaise with and support external third parties performing interventions at Walter Pack. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations (including subcontractors and suppliers). * Perform minor repairs and adjustments to auxiliary equipment, installations, etc. * Design or readjust machines, parts, or tools necessary to adapt to production needs. * Identify root causes of failures and resolve them. * Manage generated waste. * Maintain/improve order and cleanliness of the machine and installation where operations take place. **What do we require?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Mechatronics or similar. * **Experience:** At least 3 years in a similar role within a maintenance department. * **Technical knowledge:** * + Profile: electro\-mechanical + Electrical knowledge (use of multimeter and interpretation of electrical schematics). + Robot handling and PLC programming. + Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics. + Knowledge of waste segregation. * **Languages:** Basic English knowledge is valued. * **Skills:** * + Organization and planning. + Problem-solving. + Communication and teamwork. + Results orientation and continuous improvement.
