Due to the expansion of its operations, the company seeks to hire a **Studies Technician** to reinforce its technical department and participate in the preparation and analysis of tenders and projects. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Technical and economic study and analysis of projects and tenders. * Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparing budgets and quantity take-offs. * Preparing technical and economic documentation for public and private tenders. * Cost analysis and optimization of construction solutions. * Collaboration with production and procurement departments. * Drafting preliminary construction schedules and risk analysis. Requirements * Qualification in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field**. * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience in a studies department or as a site technician**. * Proficiency in measurement and budgeting software (**Presto or similar**). * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and construction solutions. * Proficiency in office applications and AutoCAD. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability.
