Responsibilities inherent to sales and telephone customer service tasks We are seeking sales teleoperators to work in Albacete. Main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to acquire new customers, as well as providing personalized assistance to users by offering energy-related advisory services. The position will also encompass other responsibilities inherent to sales and telephone customer service tasks. Working hours will be full-time, totaling 37 hours per week. The schedule will run from Monday to Friday on a split shift, covering time slots between 09:30 and 18:30, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience performing duties identical or similar to those described. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Experience in marketing and/or sales (GM/GS) is desirable.
