




Job Summary: We are seeking a manager to provide in-person service at a delegated insurance office, with knowledge of insurance products and proficiency in MAPFRE software. Training for professional certifications WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER TO HANDLE IN-PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A DELEGATED INSURANCE OFFICE (MAPFRE), WITH INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED. THE ROLE WILL COVER ALL ASPECTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCLUDING ASSISTING CLIENTS WITH INSURANCE PROJECTS AND MANAGING CLAIMS USING MAPFRE SOFTWARE.
