We show you all this in this video: **Responsibilities and Mission** The **Customer Project Advisor** in our stores will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and guiding customers through Leroy Merlin’s turnkey projects, managing the entire sales process—from the moment they express their needs until project completion—with the aim of achieving overall customer satisfaction and reinforcing brand loyalty and corporate image. Their **main functions and areas of influence will be as follows:** Advise and accompany the customer in their project—whether or not it includes installation—by developing both the initial design proposal and the final one following precise measurements. Provide diligent, protocol-compliant sales advice to the customer, resolving any questions or issues that may arise throughout the sales process, while personalizing and delivering positive shopping experiences.
