Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are properly filed and stored. Record invoices using computer software. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. Notify manager or supervisor of low inventory levels. Verify and track received inventory and maintain related reports and records. Reconcile freight invoices and receiving reports to ensure counting accuracy. Receive, unload, and process deliveries. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Resolve issues related to supplier deliveries and oversee the return process. Follow food safety guidelines and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas. Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure appropriate stock levels. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; conduct safety training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (22.50 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire work shift. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Traverse sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces and staircases. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
