Document management, archiving, and database administration. Support in invoicing, tracking, and administrative control. Management of FUNDAE credit subsidies. Management and tracking of LABORA courses. ### **Requirements** Education in Administration. Experience or knowledge in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is desirable. Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to handle confidential information. Commitment to the company. Proficiency in office software. ### **Offered** Indefinite-term, full-time contract. Immediate incorporation. Training provided by the company. Company vehicle. Fixed annual gross salary of €23,000. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00 (Fridays: 07:00–15:00). Intensive working schedule during summer months (June, July, and August).
