Organize, safeguard, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents per policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial information to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll tables and reports. Complete closing procedures and reports at period end as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue accounts, invoices, and statements per company procedures. Track and resolve overdue accounts and vendor invoices until full payment is received or resolved. Prepare daily consolidated cash deposits from cash received by all employees handling cash. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon any cash discrepancies. Prepare, maintain, and administer all petty cash and contracts. Comply with company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team efforts to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
