The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, mastery of UX/UI methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end user experience design for digital products. * Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, data analysis, and usability studies. * Define user journeys, information architecture, user flows, and high-quality wireframes. * Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with product and development teams during implementation. * Ensure visual and functional consistency of the product through design systems. * Facilitate co-creation, discovery, and validation workshops with stakeholders. * Analyze usage metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and propose data-driven solutions. * Mentor junior profiles and promote good design practices. **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Over **5 years of professional experience** in UX/UI design or digital product design. * Demonstrable experience in research, definition, and testing of solutions. * Advanced proficiency in **Figma, auto-layouts, variables, and design systems** * Solid knowledge of heuristics, accessibility, usability, and user-centered methodologies. * Experience collaborating with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). * Ability to clearly and substantively communicate design decisions. * Up-to-date portfolio featuring real-world, process-oriented case studies. * Advanced Catalan. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of analytics tools including Adobe (A/B testing) * Experience with complex Design Systems. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** ‍ Company-sponsored training program to support your continued development and advancement within the career path designed for you. ✍ Permanent contract and job stability.
