We lead the development of state-of-the-art technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our Quality Team!** We are looking for a Quality Manager for SW projects of complex systems for the Quality area. **What will you do?** * Hardware and Software quality assurance, covering both product and process, including supplier/subcontractor management * Management of hardware and software issues / non-conformities * Document review * Conducting product and process audits * Monitoring and supervision of tests and trials * Product qualification * Quality management during industrialization and manufacturing **What are we looking for in you?** ✅ **Required Experience:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in quality assurance for complex systems * Quality certification for Aeronautical Organizations (PECAL / ISO) * Experience with ECSS standards (European Space Agency standards) * Advanced English proficiency **What we offer you:** * **Stability and Future** **✨****:** Long-term projects at a leading Defense company with over 50\.000 professionals and strong financial security.
