Management of Office 365 and Google Workspace We are seeking a technician to provide client support, primarily for schools and businesses, in the Moratalaz area. Main responsibilities include work order management and fault tracking, as well as on-site technical assistance to resolve software, hardware, and network issues. The technician will also handle installation, configuration, and repair of computer equipment and peripherals, as well as setup of new equipment and component upgrades. Experience managing and operating Office 365 and Google Workspace, and providing telephone technical support, is required. A temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment is offered, with full-time hours and an annual gross salary between 20\.000 and 23\.000 euros. A vocational qualification (FP) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, plus at least one year of experience, is required. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle will be considered advantageous.
