Samu currently requires social workers for centers located in Madrid. We seek professionals with experience in caring for older adults and their families, with immediate availability for incorporation. Your functions and responsibilities will include: Informing and guiding families on matters related to the care provided to residents in elderly care homes—particularly regarding residents’ rights and responsibilities concerning received or forthcoming care. Receiving and addressing suggestions, complaints, or claims raised by families, striving to resolve them immediately—either by proposing solutions directly or escalating them to the competent authority for prompt resolution, without prejudice to formal processing by the relevant body. Analyzing suggestions, complaints, or claims raised by families and developing improvement proposals. Analyzing family satisfaction indicators and developing improvement proposals. Mediating conflicts that may arise between families and care centers. Participating in welcome protocols for newly admitted residents and conducting follow-up during their first days of stay, clarifying any questions families may have.
