At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future — and the future of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** At Ormazabal, we aim to hire a person for our logistics team, with the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** * RECEIPT + Receive materials and verify received items against delivery notes. + Register received materials both physically and digitally (BAAN) in their designated locations. + Raise claims in case of discrepancies between ordered and delivered items from suppliers. + Complete the corresponding form and prepare materials for return, either due to defects or for repair. * INVENTORY + Conduct daily random inventory checks for suppliers delivering daily. + Request materials ordered for specific references in the IT system from the direct supervisor or procurement department to prevent production disruptions. * PICKING + Perform picking of materials required for production according to manufacturing orders. * DISTRIBUTION + Supply assembly lines with materials necessary for manufacturing scheduled projects. + In case of failure of the automated delivery system (AGV), manually transport CUs to production lines. * GENERAL + Participate in daily team meetings to identify actions that resolve or prevent incidents (actual or potential). + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for personnel, facilities, and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Mandatory Education:** Qualification obtained less than 3 years prior to the contract signing date, such as: + Full Professional Certificate in Auxiliary Warehouse Activities (COML0110\) + Full Professional Certificate in Warehouse Organization and Management (COML0309\) * **Knowledge:** BAAN system, warehouse operations, forklift operation, pallet truck handling, etc. * **Competencies:** + Attention to detail: Focus on tasks to ensure high-quality output. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line with multiple people; individual activities impact others. Maintaining a positive working environment is essential. + Leadership: Understood as taking ownership of one’s daily responsibilities. * **Other Mandatory Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts. + Availability to start work within one month (valid work permit required). + Proficiency in operating forklifts (Fenwic/Linde type). **CONDITIONS** * Contract through the company. * Company collective agreement. * Rotating schedule: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a weekly basis, Monday to Friday. * Fixed payroll payment calendar and punctual salary disbursement. * Company mobile app. * Positive working environment.
