Technical responsibility and operational supervision We are selecting a Senior Support Technician for an important end client, responsible for combining advanced technical tasks with operational supervision of the support team. We seek a candidate with solid experience in Microsoft environments, databases, and functional support, capable of reviewing team work, ensuring service quality, and maintaining smooth communication with the client. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Review pending incidents in the ticketing tool. Control of the tool. * Escalate incidents when they cannot be resolved by the support team. * Generate reports on resolved, pending, and ongoing incidents. * Develop procedural manuals. Maintain continuous communication with the client. * Manage backlogs of activities and incidents. * Provide technical team support. * Prepare service reports and reporting. * Ensure quality and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). * Weekly follow-up meetings with the client. * Document management (creation, review, and control of procedures and technical and operational service documentation). * Change management and service auditing. **Requirements** -------------- * Higher education degree in Computer Science. * Over three years’ experience in Service Desk, microcomputer support, and functional application support. * Experience managing SLA reports for clients, team management, etc. * At least one year’s experience in the Retail sector (ideal). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft environments; Email and Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/WIFI. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Programming environments such as .NET or similar. * Knowledge of relational databases Paradox and MySQL.
