A leading industrial company in the renewable energy sector, located in **Gipuzkoa**, is seeking a **Quality Manager** to join its team and lead quality process management and improvement in a production environment. As the **Quality Manager**, you will lead the implementation of the organization’s quality strategy and mission, ensuring proper application of quality policies across all related areas. As an internal point of reference, you will collaborate closely with various teams to foster a culture focused on excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Continuously implement and improve quality aspects of the Integrated Management System, aligning it with production quality strategies and applicable regulations. * Plan, implement, and supervise the audit program, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Promote the implementation of global quality programs across production plants, encouraging continuous improvement and sharing of best practices. * Manage activities related to product safety. * Analyze and effectively resolve customer complaints related to manufacturing processes or suppliers. * Lead the development and application of quality methodologies and risk management processes in production, ensuring appropriate prioritization of actions. **Requirements for the position:** * University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial). * English level B2 and **advanced Basque language proficiency**. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, including **supervision of teams of at least 20 people**, as well as availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Proficiency in quality tools and principles of **Lean Manufacturing**. * Experience with ERP systems.
