Schedule 2: Monday–Thursday, 09:00–14:00 and 14:30–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00 In August, both schedules are 08:00–15:00\. **Opportunities for career advancement within the company.** REQUIREMENTS Minimum **2 years' experience** as a Budget Technician in construction or carpentry/furniture environments. Technical education is desirable (Architecture, Engineering, Design, Higher Vocational Training in Design and Furnishing or Building Projects). Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes. Fluent use of tools such as **Excel, AutoCAD**, and/or budgeting software (Presto, ERP, etc.). Knowledge of materials: wood, panels, hardware, metal structures, finishes. Residence in **A Estrada and/or willingness to relocate.**
