Job Summary: We are seeking a Selection/HR Technician to join our team in Vitoria, managing the full recruitment, selection, and talent development cycle within an expanding engineering company. We are currently seeking to incorporate a **SELECTION/HR TECHNICIAN** into our team in Vitoria. **Responsibilities** · Execution and monitoring of internal and external recruitment activities. · Management of selection processes. · Publication of job openings across various channels (social media – LinkedIn, etc., job portals – InfoJobs, Infoempleo, employment exchanges, and other media). · Conducting in-person and remote interviews with candidates. · Onboarding of employees: employee assistance, signing of documentation, provision of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Organization and scheduling of employees, including shift and work schedule planning. · Hiring and administration, contract management. · Training and evaluation of staff. · Professional development through career plans. · Support in resolving employee queries. · Administrative procedures. · Occupational risk prevention. · Creation, development, and implementation of people-related processes and procedures aligned with the company’s strategy. Ensuring coverage of workforce needs. **Requirements** · Higher Vocational Training (FP2) in Administration and Finance, Higher Vocational Training in Executive Assistance, or higher education (diploma or degree) in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, and/or Labor Relations. · Previous experience or knowledge in personnel selection/hiring and human resources. · Strategic vision. · Results-oriented mindset. · Leadership and ability to influence and develop the team. · Ability to manage and develop change management plans. · High capacity for workload management. · Excellent proficiency in MS Office. **Preferred Qualifications** · ERP system knowledge. * Good command of English. · Prior experience in civil and industrial engineering and construction companies. **Offer** · Opportunity to join a major international engineering company in expansion. · Stable and permanent position. · Real opportunities for internal promotion. · Continuous company-provided training. · Participation in nationally and internationally renowned landmark projects.
