Ecolab is seeking a **Service Technician** to join its **Nalco Water** team, an industry leader. This includes CIP cleaning of membrane filtration units. * Participation in spare parts sales. * Collaboration with the engineering team across various project phases. * Visiting customers—per safety protocols—to measure results against the designed treatment program. * Performing preventive maintenance and repair services on company equipment to ensure proper care and operation. * Conducting equipment inspections to monitor operating conditions and quality, issuing corresponding reports. * Installing equipment at assigned customer sites. * Commissioning equipment at assigned customer sites. * Participating in team meetings to improve customer service. * Documenting and communicating delivered services to customers, providing clarity and value. **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical education. FPII Electromechanics. * 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency with computer tools. * Location: Remote position – servicing customers in the Mondragón territory, with an approximate radius of 150 km. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge/aptitude in electricity, mechanics, pumping systems, and experience handling related materials. * 3 years of experience in the maintenance sector, and valuable experience in roles involving direct customer interaction as part of an installation and service team. * Experience managing installation projects. * Experience with water treatment equipment.
