We are currently in a phase of national and international expansion, broadening our business lines and areas of activity, and we seek someone with the capability and attitude required to meet all the company’s operational needs with commitment and responsibility, ensuring everything functions with precision, order, and soundness. This person will play a key role in the executive team, acting as a liaison between various departments and senior management, and actively participating in strategic decision-making. After a 2\-3 week onboarding period, the newly hired person will assume responsibility for the company’s administrative\-operational area, ensuring optimal execution of the company’s service operations, coordinating and motivating the operational team, and reporting to senior management. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles. An organized individual with a clear orientation toward objective-based and orderly work. A results-oriented profile committed to the position assumed. Once fully proficient in administrative management, the person will be expected to join and support the company’s team developing new operational and business lines. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate, execute, and supervise internal operations in the administrative area. * Ensure all internal processes (people, tasks, resources) function correctly and error-free. * Prepare and monitor budgets, costs, and KPIs, providing a clear and rigorous financial perspective. * Liaise with accounting firms, public administration, financial institutions, suppliers, and collaborators. * Supervise documentation processes, invoicing, payments, contracts, and administrative traceability. * Provide operational support to various departments when necessary to ensure objectives are met. * Drive continuous improvement and internal digitalization. * Participate in decisions affecting the company’s overall development. Minimum Requirements * University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, Engineering or related fields). * Over 3 years’ experience in similar positions with cross-functional responsibilities. * High level of English (C1\). * Proficiency in digital tools: Advanced Excel, financial software, ERPs, collaborative tools. * Experience in people coordination, change management, and operational decision-making. * Ability to work with order, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with public administrations. * A committed, solution-oriented individual with a service mindset and impeccable attitude toward responsibility.
