Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps IT Technician

**Description:** ---------------- Service Innovation Group España, a leading and experienced company in the commercial outsourcing sector, specialized in point-of-sale management and commercial auditing through its own tools, and a provider of professional sales solutions for over 30 years, is seeking to hire **a Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps (Microsoft Fabric environment) Specialist Technician** for its team. **Location**: Barcelona and surrounding areas / hybrid model. **What will you do?** **SUPPORT, DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE:** * Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and advanced use of DAX. * Configure and maintain data connections (SQL Server, Dataverse, Excel, SharePoint, gateways, etc.). * Configure and customize BI tools for organizational use. * Design, implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes. * Develop enterprise applications with Power Apps (Canvas and, preferably, Model-Driven). * Work within the Microsoft Fabric environment (lakehouses, pipelines, orchestration and integration with Power BI). * Provide technical and functional support to internal users, resolving incidents related to internal tools and work devices. * Facilitate work tools and manage user onboarding/offboarding in corporate and communication systems. * Document solutions and review routines to detect errors and incidents, ensuring proper process functionality. **COMMUNICATION AND INCIDENT MANAGEMENT:** * Maintain fluent communication with business and IT teams. * Manage technical and functional incidents. * Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and stable project. * Starting salary: €30,000 gross per year, negotiable based on experience. * Hybrid working model and Monday-to-Friday schedule. * Continuous training and professional development. * Selection process: technical interview and knowledge validation (practical test possible). **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps. * Advanced knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power FX and Microsoft 365 environments. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Strong communication skills and teamwork capability. **Desirable requirements** * Experience with SQL Server, Dataverse, APIs, PowerShell, JavaScript or .NET. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. * Microsoft certifications (PL-300, PL-400, PL-200, PL-900, etc.). * Experience with Copilot and AI Builder.
