Understand the minors’ background prior to admission into residential care and incorporate this knowledge into planning educational interventions. Know and follow the guidelines outlined in documents governing the care of minors in Gipuzkoa (Decree 131/2008, Framework Program, Protocols, and SERAR), as well as documents specific to the residential facility (Center’s Educational Project, Coexistence Guide, Management Plan, etc.). Educate and care for the minors served, in accordance with the facility’s educational project and current legislation. Develop the Individual Educational Program (IEP) within the corresponding Case Plan framework, using necessary educational tools for its implementation. Carry out weekly tutorial actions as the designated educator. Coordinate with resources, professionals, and services involved in achieving the objectives set forth in the Case Plan and the Individual Educational Program. Monitor academic and vocational training. Enforce and ensure compliance with coexistence rules.
