Their ***main responsibilities*** will include: * Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of HVAC installations across various buildings, including steam boilers, HVAC equipment, air compressors, electrical systems, etc. * General inspection of refrigeration equipment. * Evaluation and diagnosis of equipment failures, followed by repair (e.g., replacement of refrigerant circuit components). * Resolution of incidents and support for predictive maintenance of infrastructure and technical installations. * Monitoring of installations. A versatile professional capable of performing general facility maintenance tasks (Plumbing, Loading Docks, Low-Voltage Systems, Compressed Air, Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems, etc.). **Requirements** ***Education:*** Vocational Training Degree (GM) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations. ***Experience:*** Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. ***Knowledge and Experience*** in maintenance of: * HVAC installations (e.g., water chillers, VRV systems, standalone units, fan coil units, air conditioners, etc.). * Execution of preventive maintenance plans and use of CMMS applications. * Operation of BMS systems. * RITE certification and Fluorinated Gas Handling Certificate. Industrial boiler operator license is desirable.
