From Inetum North’s Software Engineering practice, we are seeking a professional with experience as a BI Analyst specialized in MicroStrategy. As a BI Analyst, you will be part of the Data team, closely collaborating with technical profiles (data engineers, system architects) and business profiles (functional analysts, domain leads) to translate complex requirements into intuitive, interactive, and powerful dashboards. Your objective will be to facilitate strategic decision-making by identifying actionable insights, leveraging the MicroStrategy platform and ETL processes developed in SQL Server, DB2 Blu, or IBM DataStage. Requirements We seek a candidate with both technical expertise and business acumen to efficiently manage and leverage data warehouses, transforming complex information into actionable knowledge using Business Intelligence tools. Required Education Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees. Technical Knowledge **Data Warehouse:** Understanding of information architectures and dimensional modeling. **ETL:** Experience in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading processes using IBM DataStage. **SQL:** Proficiency in query languages for data analysis and modeling. **MicroStrategy:** Minimum 2 years of experience in backend architecture and development. **Data Security and Privacy:** Familiarity with best practices and applicable regulations. Functional Competencies Ability to understand the business context and analytical objectives. Collaboration with technical and business teams to translate requirements into BI solutions.
