Join our team and discover how, together, we can contribute today to the mining industry of the future. **Learning Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) – 4x3 Planned Hybrid Model – Zaldívar Mine** The Learning Specialist is a professional with experience in Learning & Development, possessing strong capabilities to comprehensively manage the Company’s learning processes, programs, and services. Independently leads the planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of learning processes, aligning business needs with budget management, vendors, data, technologies, and corporate standards. This position plays a key role in the professionalization and evolution of the Learning Management model, driving standardization, documentation, and automation of processes, as well as generating insights to support decision-making. **Key Challenges:** * Manage the Learning budget, tracking execution, expense forecasting, variances, and optimization opportunities. * Design and manage area-specific indicators and reporting, integrating data from programs, compliance, coverage, budget, and outcomes to facilitate decision-making—with a focus on measuring impact. * Design, document, and standardize Learning processes, defining roles, responsibilities, procedures, control points, and operational standards—with a forward-looking perspective on continuous improvement and process automation. * Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of local Learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and corporate guidelines. * Manage initiatives aimed at developing competencies and closing competency gaps, coordinating closely with line managers and specialist areas. Manage Learning technology tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. * **Application Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development. * Specific knowledge in KPI management, management control, learning impact, and business outcomes. * Experience in project management and implementation of learning programs. * Technical knowledge of LMS and other Learning technology tools. * Knowledge of reporting and budget management. * Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, as well as other reporting tools. * Availability to work under a 12-month fixed-term contract in a hybrid mode—i.e., two weeks onsite per month and two weeks remote—from the mine site located in the Antofagasta Region.
