Job stability and competitive salary CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is looking to hire a COOK for our new hotel CATALONIA DONOSTI, located in the center of SAN SEBASTIÁN. RESPONSIBILITIES* * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. REQUIREMENTS* * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Experience in restaurants or hotels.
