If you are ready for a new challenge and want to be part of a team that values innovation and commitment, we are looking for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the identification, management, and satisfaction of needs for assigned customers, achieving the sales targets set by the company. * Manage and update the customer segmentation for the assigned territory, ensuring proper follow-up and adaptation to market changes and brand requirements. * Actively collaborate with stakeholders within the Customer Facing team, including roles such as MSL, RAHS, KAM, and other departments, fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to contribute to collective success. **Profile \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or university degree in Health Sciences or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in medical detailing or commercial roles within the healthcare sector. * A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Sales is highly desirable. * Strong proficiency in new technologies and sales software. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, impact and influence, analytical thinking, initiative, and results orientation.
