Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and address them promptly; and thank them with genuine appreciation. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns raised by other employees. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Enter and locate job-related information using computers. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
