Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC technician for thermal installation maintenance and urgent incident response in buildings. Key Points: 1. Thermal installation maintenance 2. Urgent incident response 3. Permanent position We are looking for an HVAC technician to join our team in Baeza. Main responsibilities include maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), as well as urgent incident response in buildings and facilities. Possession of the RITE certification is required to perform these tasks. **Minimum requirements:** Higher Technical Diploma in Thermal and Fluid Installations Maintenance, or equivalent medium-level vocational training. It is also mandatory to hold a RITE maintenance or installation certificate, along with the fluorinated gas handler certificate, as stipulated by current regulations. The contract is permanent, full-time, with an annual salary between 21\.500 and 23\.000 euros.
