ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Achieve the sales target set forth in Olympus Iberia’s Commercial Plan. Promote OLYMPUS products within the assigned territory. Provide customer support and manage all issues related to daily operational activities. Prepare customer quotations and develop proposals. Assist with customer collections: handling claims, payment terms, invoicing, etc., in accordance with internal policies established across the organization. Prepare and submit required documentation for public tenders. Attend live surgical interventions to demonstrate products (Operation Patient Demonstration). Conduct customer training courses in coordination with Technical Service personnel. ATTENDANCE AT CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS Attend scientific conferences or other events aimed at promoting and showcasing the features of OLYMPUS products. Participate in divisional/business-line sales meetings as required. Conduct technical product training courses at the European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING Monitor and report daily activities using the CRM tool to ensure achievement of established objectives, track sales performance, and identify business opportunities. Your qualification + University degree or bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, etc.) + Preferably 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position.
