Job Summary: Serves customers, provides advisory on automotive services, coordinates appointments, ensures customer satisfaction, and offers preventive maintenance and additional services. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and advisory on automotive services 2. Appointment coordination and continuous communication with the customer 3. Guarantee of customer satisfaction and recommendation of preventive maintenance Responsibilities: **\- Serve customers and provide advisory on the services they require** * **Open and close work orders** * Prepare invoices * Coordinate customer appointments * Maintain continuous communication with the customer throughout the repair process * Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying that all repairs have been completed correctly * Provide recommendations for vehicle preventive maintenance and suggest additional services that may benefit the vehicle's longevity Requirements: • Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, or Administration • Minimum 2 years’ experience performing tasks similar to those described above • Strong customer orientation • Teamwork capability • High degree of autonomy • Dynamic, proactive individual with strong communication skills • User-level computer literacy • Class B driving license Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Benefits: * Intensive working hours during summer * Intensive working hours on Fridays Application Questions: * Area within the province of Málaga to which you could commute for work.
