Initial training and objective-based incentive system We seek a sales professional with experience to join our team in Vigo. Your main responsibility will be managing an existing customer portfolio, ensuring customer loyalty through strategic visits and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand our business by identifying and acquiring new customers through proactive prospecting and scheduled sales activities, establishing advantageous agreements. This position involves efficient management of your assigned territory, requiring effective organization of your customer portfolio and planning of visits. Your dynamism and problem-solving ability—along with your adaptability to an agile work pace—will be essential. This is a part-time afternoon position with a fixed schedule that facilitates work-life balance. An annual fixed salary of €16,576 is offered, supplemented by a variable incentive system based on achievement of sales targets. The company will cover travel allowances and provide initial training. Higher Vocational Training or Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a sales professional, preferably in cold calling. Availability to travel within Vigo and surrounding areas. Personal vehicle required. Dynamic, solution-oriented individual with strong self-management skills.
