Position Summary: We are seeking a vocation-driven nurse for a residential care facility to assess, monitor, and administer nursing care—including palliative and psychosocial support—to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive nursing care and ongoing monitoring 2. Active participation in the resident’s care plan and progress tracking 3. Moral and psychological support to residents and their families We seek a nursing professional with a vocation for residential care. Duties include assessment and monitoring of nursing care for residents, administration of prescribed medication, and wound care. The professional will also be responsible for palliative care—including morphine administration—and for validating the resident’s overall care plan, incorporating their progress into the medical record. The nurse will provide moral and psychological support to residents, address family inquiries, and supervise auxiliary staff tasks. INR measurement and monitoring, laboratory tests, and necessary dosage adjustments will also be performed. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with rotating 12-hour shifts. * Nursing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Prior experience in socio-healthcare, hospital, or residential settings is desirable. * Additional training in gender equality or gerontology is considered a plus.
