Collaborating in volunteer management Country Spain Province Pamplona or Iruña \- Navarra Application Deadline 12/03/2026 Category Direct Care Type of Position Targeted at persons with disabilities **Create alert** **NGO Information** Spanish Red Cross **Rating** (59 ratings) **info** Response rate: 74.56% **info** **Objective** ------------ We seek to hire a technical Social Integration Specialist in Navarra to intervene with people at risk of exclusion participating in the European Social Fund Plus Programme for Basic Material Assistance (Basic Programme), aiming to enhance their personal and social development, promote autonomy, and foster inclusion. * You will carry out orientation and support tasks for participants, applying the area’s social intervention methodology. * You will conduct coordinated accompaniments and orientations with the rest of the team and refer individuals to social, educational, and/or health resources. * You will coordinate with the rest of the programme team as well as with other areas of the Spanish Red Cross. * You will deliver goods, material benefits and/or financial assistance to service users. * You will monitor project activities, ensuring their implementation and effectiveness. * You will develop activity programming and operational tasks within the scope of action, based on defined indicators and actions. * You will document and record data from implemented actions in the relevant computer applications. * You will promote volunteer participation and collaborate in volunteer management. * You will collaborate in institutional campaigns and activities. What we offer… * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite full-time contract. * Working hours: 40 hours per week, morning shifts and two afternoons from Monday to Friday. * Workplace: Navarra Red Cross \- C/Leyre, 6, CP 31002 Pamplona. * Gross Annual Salary: 28\.564,23 € **Profile:** Higher Vocational Training qualification in Social Integration or another officially recognized qualification related to the project. Minimum six months’ experience in a similar position or performing similar functions. Knowledge of social and/or community intervention with groups at risk of exclusion.
