Together with you, we will help build a better future for those who will live in it. ***And speaking of the future—shall we talk about yours?*** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are Molins’ business unit specializing in comprehensive construction solutions, including ceramic tiling systems, façade cladding and ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), specialty mortars, and resins for protection, repair, anchoring, reinforcement, waterproofing, insulation, tiling, and paving. With over 90 years of leadership in the sector—and pioneers in the Spanish market with the first tile adhesive cement under the PAM brand—we uphold our commitment to customers through a logistics network comprising six production centers and two logistics centers. We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements: * 3–5 years of experience. * Education: Technical Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, or equivalent). Other technical qualifications, such as mechanical training, will also be considered. * Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; leadership abilities and a proactive attitude. * High motivation, commitment, and results orientation; strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Advanced level of Spanish. #LI-SM1
