The selected candidate will play a key role in end-to-end software project management, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other stakeholders, and contributing to the improvement of clinical, administrative, and clinical management processes through innovative technological solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with healthcare-sector experience who wish to advance their careers within a stable, collaborative, and quality-focused environment. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a professional with proven experience in healthcare projects, leadership capability, and functional vision — able to understand business needs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful execution of complex technological projects. **Working Hours and Work Model:** * Part-time schedule from Monday to Thursday. * Intensive Friday schedule, and during summer, **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or Mathematics (MECES Level 3\). * Experience as a Functional Analyst and/or Business Analyst in healthcare-sector projects. * Solid understanding of the healthcare business and its core processes. * Experience in software project management, both in traditional and agile environments. * Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). * Technical stack knowledge: Java, Angular, BPM. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate technical profiles. * Excellent communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders. * Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
