You’ll analyze and assess new platforms and opportunities to **enhance lead acquisition and retention**, as well as contribute creative ideas to **improve the team’s digital marketing strategy**. Additionally, you’ll **support the Marketing Management team.** * **Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows** (Paid, Direct Web, Catalog). * **Create and execute automated emails, sequences, and A/B tests.** * **Analyze results and propose continuous improvements in conversion.** * **Manage and segment lead databases.** * Test **new lead qualification strategies** (email, calls, remarketing). * **Evaluate** the need to implement **other automation tools** (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). * Explore and support **co-branding and affiliate projects.** * Provide **marketing team support** for initiatives and reporting.
