Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, proactive, and leadership-oriented rhythmic gymnastics coach to join our growth and competition project, working with gymnasts across all disciplines and accompanying the team in competitions. The Magherit Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, with a track record since 2012 in Alcorcón, is looking for a committed, proactive, and leadership-capable **rhythmic gymnastics coach** to join our ambitious growth and competition project. The selected candidate will work with our gymnasts across all disciplines: **individual, group, and duet**, choreographing routines, planning level-appropriate training sessions, and accompanying the team to local, regional, and national competitions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Choreograph routines for all disciplines (individual, group, and duet). * Prepare varied training sessions adapted to each gymnast’s level. * Accompany the team to competitions and assist with championship registrations. * Provide direct support to the technical director in club planning and organization. * Foster a positive, motivating, and results-oriented work environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum Level 2 Rhythmic Gymnastics Technician certification. * Demonstrable experience coaching grassroots federated-level gymnasts. * Proactivity, leadership, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Availability for the scheduled hours and attendance at competitions. **We Offer:** * Integration into a serious and expanding sports project. * Opportunity for professional development within the club. * Active participation in competitions at local, regional, and national levels. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
