You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all project phases—from design through commissioning—guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of our wind farms. ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Implementation and Oversight of Quality Processes:** You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and rigorously overseeing quality control processes across all phases of wind energy projects—from manufacturing of **components** to installation and operation. * **Audits and Regulatory Compliance:** You will conduct thorough internal and external audits to verify compliance with national and international quality regulations, as well as sector-specific **wind energy** standards. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** You will work closely with our **engineering**, construction, and maintenance teams to proactively identify potential quality issues and develop effective, efficient solutions. * **Document Management:** You will prepare, review, and maintain all technical documentation related to quality assurance, including quality plans, procedures, inspection reports, and records. * **Incident Management:** You will serve as the focal point for quality incident management, coordinating the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks and ensure continuous improvement. * **Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** You will analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and propose strategies optimizing the performance and durability of our projects. * **Technical Support:** You may provide technical support in related areas, potentially including **hydraulic systems**, concerning the quality of their components and operational performance. ### **What We Are Looking For in You:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance (SQA) roles performing duties similar to those described above. * **Industry Experience:** Solid and demonstrable experience in the **wind energy** sector. Experience in other industrial sectors related to energy or heavy machinery will be considered favorably. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance processes within the **wind energy** domain. Familiarity with applicable quality regulations and standards. * **Languages:** Advanced **English** proficiency (minimum C1\).
