Production Operator in Marcilla
We are looking for a **Production Operator** for our production plant located in Marcilla.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the role involves monitoring production line processes, operating work machinery, and recording manufacturing data.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitor production line processes.
* Operate work machinery: Perform necessary adjustments, resolve malfunctions, ensure proper operation, carry out basic preventive maintenance, and clean machine exteriors.
* Record manufacturing data: Conduct visual inspections; inform shift relief colleagues about the overall status and situation of the previous shift.
* Monitor material usage and traceability, as well as perform designated controls for the position.
* Loading and unloading. Supply: Feeding the production line.
* Compliance with regulations: Adhere to quality, food safety, environmental, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards. Also comply with occupational health and safety regulations relevant to the position.
* Support and training of workers: Responsible for instructing, training, and onboarding new staff or temporary workers. Collaborate in drafting technical instructions or procedures.
* Continuous improvement: Ensure implementation and compliance with the 5S methodology; identify and report potential improvements related to the position; participate in autonomous basic maintenance teams.
* Perform assigned tasks according to Shift Supervisor instructions.
* Follow company technical instructions.
* Cleaning and hygiene: Carry out housekeeping and cleaning tasks at the workstation; properly segregate waste generated at the workstation; optimize use of resources allocated to the position.
* Must comply with critical control points in the area and Food Defense requirements.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
Education:
* High school diploma / Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification.
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
Desired technical knowledge:
* Training in Good Handling Practices.
* HACCP training.
* Food safety.
* Food handling training.
* Training in Good Environmental Practices.
* Safety in operating forklift trucks.
