Madrid (national mobility) **Key responsibilities include:** * Planning and organizing the workflow and mechanics of construction activities. * Organizing workspaces, maneuvering areas, loading/unloading zones, and site access points. * Monitoring and supervising construction execution. * Organizing and managing various work teams; assigning tasks to operators. * Ensuring compliance with the occupational health and safety plan and regulations on risk prevention. * Managing construction materials, equipment, and machinery. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing Site Supervisor duties in civil engineering projects.
