This is a full-time, temporary position. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing internal information flow, ensuring all records are current and well-organized in accordance with standard procedures. It is essential to prioritize tasks according to immediate needs, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication and ensuring office supplies are always ready for use. Main responsibilities include entering data into the computer accurately, filing important documents, and handling phone calls or emails. Adaptability to change and methodical work habits are required. The position demands autonomy, initiative, and basic proficiency in digital tools. Education in Administration or Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio), minimum two years’ prior experience in similar roles, knowledge of the food industry sector, and familiarity with administrative software applications.
