Job Summary: We are seeking a bell pepper harvester operator to operate, maintain, and repair harvesting machinery during the harvest season, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and driving of harvesting machinery 2. Preventive maintenance and minor repairs 3. Adjustment and calibration of mechanisms Bell pepper harvester operators are sought to work in Don Benito (Badajoz). Duties include operating and driving the machine, as well as fine-tuning, cleaning, lubricating, and performing preventive maintenance. It is also necessary to adjust and calibrate cutting, threshing, and cleaning mechanisms, carry out minor repairs during shifts, and comply with occupational health and safety regulations specific to operating heavy machinery. A minimum of two years of verifiable experience harvesting bell peppers using a Guaresi or similar machine, along with a valid Class B driver's license, is required. Having a personal vehicle, willingness to travel, and knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair are considered advantageous. The contract is seasonal (harvest campaign), extendable. The standard working hours are from 07:00 to 15:00, and the salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
