Labor Technician - Payroll

This is a remote position. At **Ibertech**, we are seeking to hire a **Labor Technician**, specialized in payroll, to join our HR department. The candidate will join the personnel administration department, providing support in the following functions: · Payroll calculation process, reporting monthly incidents in the payroll system, participating in the monthly payroll review, extra payments, quarterly variable calculations... · Must possess tax knowledge for reconciling IRPF (forms M111 \- M216 \- M190) and social security knowledge to review and reconcile monthly social security contributions and submit them for payment. · Must be able to interpret collective bargaining agreements and apply regulations in accordance with current labor legislation. · In addition to payroll responsibilities, must have knowledge of other HR area processes, such as onboarding, supporting monthly employee onboarding, resolving any labor-related queries received via the HR mailbox, calculating and reviewing settlements, tracking signed termination documents, managing maternity, paternity, breastfeeding leaves, reviewing medical leave certificates, and working time reductions... · The candidate must possess basic labor knowledge typical of a personnel administration department; proficiency in Office tools—especially Excel—is essential. · **Our payroll system is Cegid; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory**. · As an added value—though currently non-essential—knowledge of Social Security’s RED system management.
