Objective
**JOB MISSION:** Support service users in their social integration process by designing and implementing individualized intervention projects, as well as necessary group and community-based activities to facilitate their reception and autonomy.
FUNCTIONS
Provide individual support to service users of the reception center, as well as to other individuals fitting the program profile who are not accommodated.
Participate in designing individualized interventions for each service user.
Participate in organizing community activities or those emerging from other entities and institutions.
Monitor and accompany service users residing at the center.
Prepare, organize, and implement socio-educational workshops and activities.
Organize and supervise the proper functioning and cohabitation management within the facilities.
Conduct evaluations of each intervention process, participating in adjusting objectives and activities if necessary.
Open a file for each service user and prepare appropriate reports and required documents (follow-ups, evaluations, etc.).
Identify and coordinate with other social support resources for the program; refer service users to other social resources.
Participate in preparing studies, proposals, and interim and final program reports, as well as other documents coordinated with other professionals.
Attend team coordination meetings, as well as meetings with other departments and programs of the organization.
Operate SIRIA (Information System for Programs targeting Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) and/or other program databases or files.
Strengthen and support other professional team members.
Accompany and support program volunteers or interns.
Report any incidents occurring within the program to the responsible program officer.
As staff of the Peace Movement \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at protection against
abuse and harassment, as well as ensuring compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct.
**Profile:**
**EDUCATION:** Vocational Training in Social Integration or Intercultural Mediation, complemented by proven work experience in similar positions. Desirable education and/or experience in Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Migration.
**EXPERIENCE:** At least 1 year in similar reception programs serving refugee and migrant populations. Experience in associative movements and familiarity with local social resources.
**LANGUAGES:** Good command of French is desirable. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., English, Arabic, etc.) is an asset.
**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:** Strong proficiency in office software, Google Workspace, online collaborative tools, etc. Experience using SIRIA is valued.
**OTHER:** Recognized disabilities, women victims of gender-based violence, and/or any other situation of social vulnerability will be considered favorably.
