Middle Software Engineer \- QA At Izertis, we are seeking to expand our team by hiring a Middle Software Engineer to join one of our Core projects. Prior to that assignment, the role will spend a period of 1 to 3 months on one of our internal projects or with one of our clients requiring lower technical demands. What will be your responsibilities? **Evolution and expansion of automated end-to-end test coverage:** Expresso, XCtest, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress... Creation of pipelines in GitHub, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc. Reporting bugs to the affected teams. Supporting business teams and architecture teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** At least 4 years of software development experience, either with automated testing frameworks and/or development SDKs. Technical depth is valued more highly than proficiency in any specific language or framework. At least 3 years of hands-on, in-depth experience in CI/CD environments, including: building and maintaining pipelines; executing builds, analyzing logs, and resolving incidents. At least 4 years of experience in software architecture analysis and definition, including: defining design patterns; selecting and implementing testing frameworks and tools; evolving architectural solutions in real-world projects. At least 3 years of experience working with containers, such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other equivalent platforms. At least the last 2 years spent in a clearly hands-on role, involving direct participation in development, tool configuration, and resolution of real technical issues. Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, for working in international environments. **Desired Requirements:** Experience with GitHub and/or GitLab, including collaborative workflows (code reviews, pull/merge requests). Knowledge or experience in native mobile application development. Experience in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC). Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools. Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar technologies). Experience working with queuing and messaging systems. Experience in performance analysis and optimization. **Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:** **Proactive attitude and commitment to contribution:** passive profiles are not suitable; initiative and genuine engagement are expected. **Strong orientation toward teamwork:** the team is our primary asset; behaviors incompatible with group dynamics are not acceptable.
