In Puente Genil, we are looking for a responsible individual to oversee the daily operations of our team and ensure exceptional customer service. The person in this role must possess leadership capabilities and effectively manage a dynamic team. Key responsibilities include coordinating group activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards, resolving problems and incidents as they arise, preparing reports with accurate records, training and motivating staff to deliver optimal service, collaborating with other shifts to maintain smooth communication, and managing inventory by placing orders when necessary. A stable full-time contract with rotating shifts is offered. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus variable pay and night-shift allowances. You will become part of a dynamic environment within the food industry, strongly oriented toward continuous improvement and innovation, and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments across the company. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar position. * Leadership skills and ability to motivate others. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. * Availability to work flexible hours.
