Today, we operate with headquarters in Málaga and two production centers — Puente Genil and Navarrés — supplying large-scale distribution with end-to-end solutions, from raw materials to ready-to-enjoy products. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking a **Plant Manager** to lead overall plant operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe production. You will be responsible for **coordinating human and technical resources**, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a leadership role model, conveying the company’s culture and values across all organizational levels. **Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Define and adjust short- and long-term production strategy. * Adapt to changes in demand, incidents, or business needs. * Lead production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and HR managers. * Align teams toward common goals and resolve interdepartmental conflicts. * Oversee production to ensure deadlines, quality, and cost control. * Analyze performance results and implement improvements when necessary. * Ensure availability and efficient use of human and technical resources. * Guarantee compliance with quality and food safety regulations. * Supervise the Quality Management System and approve its documentation. * Report to senior management and collaborate on strategic decision-making. * Coordinate with other departments to align plant operations with corporate objectives. * Participate in crisis management (e.g., food-related, operational). * Coordinate incident management within the plant. **Requirements** -------------- * Higher education degree, preferably in **Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering**. * Food handler training is desirable. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor in a food industry manufacturing facility. **What We Offer** ---------------- Permanent contract: We invest in long-term employment relationships. **Full-time position** **Join a dynamic environment**, within a food industry company strongly focused on continuous improvement and innovation. **Cross-functional collaboration** with various departments across the company. *At Dulmatesa, we guarantee respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory selection processes — free from discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
