The main responsibilities include the following: * Deliver high-quality service to customers. * Prepare work areas for service. * Attend to and serve tables following established procedures. * Know and advise on various items featured on the food and wine menu. * Clean and reset for the next service. * Monitor customer needs during service. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in restaurants * Residency on the island of Menorca * Advanced level of English.
