**RECEPTION MANAGER – WHITE SANDS BEACH CLUB – MENORCA** **JOIN AN INDUSTRY LEADER IN VACATION OWNERSHIP** At **White Sands Beach Club**, we are seeking a **Reception Manager (40 hours per week)** for our resort located in **Urb. Arenal d’en Castell, Es Mercadal (Menorca)**, with a **permanent contract from February to November, inclusive**. In this role, you will support the management and **supervision of the Reception team**, **coordinate daily operations**, **schedule shifts**, **train new collaborators**, and ensure compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will provide **administrative and operational support to management**, **coordinate guest incident resolution and requests** across departments, **prepare follow-up reports**, and **manage processes related to guest experience**, **occupancy**, **emergencies**, and **departmental resource control**.
