Your main responsibilities will include: Inspecting and maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. Performing tasks cleanly, orderly, and to a high standard; using materials appropriately and economically. Conducting periodic inspections to identify deterioration requiring repair. Estimating material requirements based on the performance of various products. Operating carpentry-specific machinery and auxiliary tools. Completing preventive maintenance logs. Reporting equipment or facility failures detected to the central technical department. Promptly and effectively resolving guest-reported issues. Addressing failures reported by other departments. Managing and controlling inventory of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts.
